Management of monthly communications relating to ongoing relationships, powers of attorney, mandates and off-account transactions, with the possibility of searching for and printing anomalies in the event of requests from the competent authorities.
Preparation of the files to be transmitted to the Italian Revenue Agency, with the possibility of importing, exporting and managing requests received from the Tax Authorities and the Guardia di Finanza.
Screening of clients and counterparties with whom the company operates against lists relating to suspension, embargo, asset freezing and other restrictive measures provided for by applicable regulations.
Assessment of customer risk, transaction risk and relationship risk, with analysis of any anomalies in customer relationships and classification of positions based on specific risk indicators.
Control of elements such as overall exposure, transaction frequency, any guarantees provided, consistency of operations and possible anomalous profiles.
Management of gold transactions exceeding 10,000 euros, with preparation of the required compliance obligations and communications to the competent bodies.
Entry and monitoring of ongoing relationships and transactions equal to or exceeding 15,000 euros, including split transactions, with automatic checking and aggregation.
Search, extraction and preparation of the documentation required in the event of inspections or requests from the Guardia di Finanza and other competent bodies.
Possibility of managing reports relating to potential events of corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing through a secure connection.
